Key Responsibility
In this Life Sciences Job, your role is to act as the “control tower” for every new product launch, managing the complex intersection of supply chain and sales.
- Revenue Driver: You are accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for new product launches within assigned geographies.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: You will coordinate with a massive array of internal teams, including Project Management, SCM Launch, Demand Planning, and Material Planning, to ensure no bottlenecks exist between production and the pharmacy shelf.
- Performance Analytics: On a monthly basis, you will track business forecasts against actual revenues and analyze On-Time Delivery Performance for your regions.
- Risk Mitigation: You are the first line of defense against delays in supply, demand inaccuracies, or capacity allocation issues that could jeopardize a launch.
- Stakeholder Bridge: You manage the operational documentation for customers and business partners, including purchase orders (POs) and invoicing.
- Strategic Reporting: You will prepare trackers and presentations for Senior Management, providing data-driven insights on launch performance and suggesting process improvements.
