Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for manufacturing applications
- Work on SQL database performance and troubleshooting
- Handle system integrations and YAML deployments
- Monitor and resolve system issues
- Maintain documentation using ServiceNow
- Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing system
- SQL Database performance tuning
- Monitor SQL Jobs failure and able to fix it.
