Key Responsibilities
- Should have good experience on Multi color flow cytometry, should be able to design and perform flow cytometry assays from in vitro and in vivo samples independently.
- Should be able to handle the flow instruments from Either BD Biosciences and Beckman Coulter.
- Perform analysis using Flow Jo software.
- Design, optimize, and perform Primary cell culture assays.
- Perform meticulous record keeping and help in generation of scientific reports.
- Should have a sound knowledge on Immunology and Oncology.
Educational Qualification
M.Sc. /M.Tech (Biological Sciences) from a reputed University with special expertise in in vivo Immunology or a related field.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in flow cytometry, including BD FACS Canto/Fortessa systems
- Ability to perform flow cytometry assays on blood, bone marrow, spleen, and kidney samples
- Experience in primary immune cell-based assays such as activation, proliferation, cytokine analysis, and signaling studies
- Knowledge of immunology and oncology (preferred)
- Experience in animal handling, dosing (IP, IV, SC, PO), anesthesia, and sample collection as per ethical guidelines
- Ability to generate high-quality data with accurate and timely record keeping
- Proficiency in MS Excel and GraphPad Prism for data and statistical analysis
- Experience in scientific documentation and report generation for preclinical studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting scientific results
- Team-oriented, proactive, and maintains high standards of integrity
