Position Details
- Position Title: Research Scholar
- Project Title: Identification of therapeutic targets and AI-based drug repurposing in parasitic protists
- Duration: 3 Years (1+2 years)
- Fellowship Amount: 37000 INR/month
Eligibility Requirements
M.Sc. or M. Tech. in Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Computational Biology, AI-ML-DL to address biological questions (wet-lab research experience will be a plus)
Scope of Work
Protein structure modeling, Protein-drug interactions; in silico drug library screening, mutagenesis-based protein evolution, AI-ML-based lead optimization & repurposing, standard bioinformatics and computational biology.
