Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize bioinformatics workflows
- Perform QC, alignment, variant calling, and annotation
- Support genomic analysis service expansion

Required Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field.

- NGS & Oxford Nanopore data analysis
- Bioinformatics pipeline development
