Job Details:
This Scientific Officer Job focuses on performing and validating diagnostic tests while ensuring adherence to NABL/ISO standards and quality guidelines. The role involves equipment handling, QC/QA activities, troubleshooting technical issues, managing LIS documentation, supporting audits, maintaining TAT compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests
- Validate and verify test results
- Ensure sample workflow accuracy
- Operate and troubleshoot analyzers
- Maintain QC logs and documentation
- Ensure NABL/ISO compliance
- Support audits and quality checks
- Manage LIS entries and reporting
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
