Job Details:
This R&D eTMF Job focuses on leading the TMF Support team within the Hyderabad Hub. The role includes overseeing inspection-readiness activities, QC and migration of TMF records, ensuring compliance with health authority requirements, collaborating with global teams, supporting audits and inspections, and driving process improvements across regulatory documentation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage TMF Support team activities
- Oversee inspection readiness and eTMF compliance
- Ensure QC and migration of TMF records
- Collaborate with global functional leads
- Maintain compliance with health authority and SOP standards
- Support audits, inspections, and legal requests
- Drive process improvements and innovation
- Mentor and develop team members
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
- Knowledge of drug laws, regulations, and document management systems
