- Position: Project Research Scientist-I
- Number of Vacancy: One
- Project Title: Structure-based development of key antimalarial inhibitors/drugs against Plasmodium metacaspases and validation in vitro and in vivo systems
- Project Tenure: 3 years
Essential Qualification
- As per ICMR Guidelines for Research Scheme
- Ph.D. in Life Science/Structural biology
Desirable Qualification
Proficiency in Gene cloning, Site directed mutagenesis, Protein expression in E. coli & Yeast system, protein refolding & purification, Crystallization & X-ray structure analysis, Modeling & Dynamics simulation work and invivo experiments. Candidate with prior strong experience in these techniques will be given preference.
Age Limit
Up to 35 years. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women, and physically handicapped candidates.
Fellowship
Project Scientist-I (Non-medical)-one post: @Rs. 56,000/- + HRA 30% @Rs. 16,800 based on satisfactory performance every three months.
