Position Available
Project 1: “DNA exonuclease TREX1 in suppressing cytosolic and cell-free mitochondrial DNA driven immune-activation in aging and osteoarthritis: A Potential therapeutic target.”
1. Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) – 01
- Qualification:
- Essential: Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree
- Desirable: At least three years experience in the relevant field; Experience in handling clinical samples, cell culture and molecular biology techniques; Prior experience in animal handling and projects related to bone diseases
- Salary: Rs.56,000/- pm+HRA 20%
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
Project 2: “Salivary proteomic signatures for a rapid and non-invasive novel ELISA-LAMP assay for screening/diagnosis of pediatric pulmonary tuberculosis.”
1. Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) – 01
- Qualification:
- Essential: Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree
- Desirable: At least three years hands on experience preferably working with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Proteomics
- Salary: Rs. 67000+20% HRA
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
2. Technical support-III – 01
- Qualification:
- Essential: Three-year graduate degree in a relevant subject/field + three years post-qualification experience or PG in a relevant subject/field.
- Desirable: Candidate with prior experience in lab work.
- Salary: Rs. 28000+20% HRA
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years
Project 3: “Development and evaluation of a rapid diagnostic test/device for pediatric pulmonary tuberculosis based on the detection of host/mycobacterial proteins in urine samples.”

- Qualification:
- Essential: Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree
- Desirable: At least three years of hands-on experience, preferably working with Mycobacterium tuberculosis
- Salary: Rs.56,000/- pm+HRA 20%
