- Perform in vitro ADME studies including solubility and metabolism analysis
- Conduct plasma protein binding and drug-drug interaction studies
- Execute Caco-2 permeability experiments
- Perform bioanalytical sample preparation
- Acquire and integrate LC-MS/MS data
- Record, compile, analyze, and interpret scientific data
- Prepare study plans and technical reports
- Maintain laboratory equipment as per SOP guidelines
- Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Knowledge of DMPK and ADME workflows
- Experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Understanding of laboratory SOP compliance
- Scientific documentation expertise
- Problem-solving and research planning abilities
