Job Details:

  • Project Titled: “Identification of BCR-ABL Independent Resistance Mechanisms from Multiomics Data of Indian CML Patients and Finding Novel Prognostic Markers Using AI/ML Techniques”

  • Principal Investigator: Dr. Rakesh Pandey
  • Fellowship: ₹56,000 + 20% HRA per month

  • Duration: Initially 1 year (extendable up to 3 years)

  • Age: 35 years (5 years relaxation for female SC/ST/physically handicapped candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates).

Eligibility:

  • First-class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees
  • Second class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees in any of the relevant fields—bioinformatics, computational biology, systems biology, genomics, biotechnology, or life sciences—from an Indian University or those who have done a PhD/MSc from abroad.

Desirable Qualification:

  • Preference will be given to candidates having a PhD or M.Sc. with research experience in either of the following:
    • Computational analysis of NGS and multi-omics data.
    • Mammalian cell culture and related molecular biology techniques.
