Available Positions:
Project Technical Support-III
- Project: Targeted host genes-response profiling for EARLY diagnosis (prior to clinical
symptoms) and segregation of adult sepsis cases into bacterial, viral and
fungal-mediated, for targeted therapy – A pilot study - PI: Dr. Krishnamohan Atmakuri
- No. of Posts: One post
- Monthly Consolidated Emoluments: Rs. 28,000/- plus HRA
- Age Limit: 35 years

Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. / M.Tech. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognised university.
OR B.Sc. / B.Tech. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognised university with two (2) years of post-qualification experience.
Desirable: Proficiency in bioinformatics analyses, strong wet lab experience, RNA extraction, and lab management.
Job description/skills required:
- Enrollment, sample collection, storage, and all data entries.
- Sample receipt, data entries, RNA extraction, RNA quality assessment and other molecular
biology-related duties. - Purchase and procurement of consumables and lab management.
- For transportation of samples from clinical sites to THSTI.
- RNaseA-free autoclaving and DEPC treating all consumables.
Research Officer
- Project: A Multicentric Evaluation of Indian Population-Specific Tools for Antenatal
Estimation of Gestational Age - PI: Dr. Nitya Wadhwa

Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Clinical Research or related fields.
Desirable:

Job description/skills required: The selected candidate will act as the primary liaison between the clinical sites, central research team, and project management for the smooth flow of operations.
- Oversee the enrollment process across the assigned sites, ensuring compliance with the
study protocol. - Facilitate the identification, recruitment, and informed consent of participants in collaboration with site investigators and research staff.
- Ensure that participant eligibility criteria are met and documented accurately before enrollment.
- Monitor and support the collection of clinical data.
Quality Assurance Associate

Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences with three (3) years of post-qualification
experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in clinical trial sample testing, bioanalytical, or diagnostic laboratories, with working knowledge of GCP, GLP, NABL/ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Job description/skills required:
- Experience in review and control of SOPs, laboratory documents, LIMS, deviations, CAPAs, and ensuring compliance during receipt, testing, storage, and disposal of clinical trial samples.
- Experience in supporting internal audits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections, including audit preparation and follow-up activities.
Technical Officer-I

Educational Requirements:

Desirable: Proficiency in ELISA and cell based assays
Job description/skills required:
- Experience in ISO standards relevant for calibration and testing labs or diagnostic labs.

Documentation Officer

Job description/skills required:
- Working knowledge of GCP, GLP, GDP, and regulatory documentation practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete laboratory and clinical trial records.
- Familiarity with IMS and experience in NABL or ISO accreditation processes will be an added advantage
Lab Technician

Job description/skills required:
- Experience in the preparation of buffers, reagents and media, basic techniques such as ELISA, PBMC Isolation, RT PCR and cell culture techniques etc
