Job Overview:
This opportunity within regulatory affairs jobs focuses on supporting RAPV business operations through vendor onboarding/offboarding, purchase order management, and cross-functional coordination. The Associate will ensure compliant access provisioning, maintain vendor master data, manage ERP/procurement workflows, and support KPI reporting. The role requires strong collaboration with Quality, IT, Finance, Legal, and RAPV teams while maintaining strict adherence to GxP and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate RAPV vendor and consultant onboarding/offboarding
- Manage equipment setup, system access, and documentation
- Maintain vendor master data in ERP/procurement systems
- Provision role-based access to RAPV systems
- Support internal stakeholders with onboarding guidance
- Manage offboarding, PO reconciliation, and audit records
- Create and manage purchase orders for RA-PV services
- Route POs through approval workflows and resolve exceptions
- Track order fulfilment and manage PO aging
- Support KPI and metrics reporting
- Serve as central stakeholder contact for RAPV operations
Educational Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field
- 2–4+ years experience in operations support, procurement/AP, or vendor onboarding
- Experience in life sciences or regulated industry preferred
- ERP/procurement tools experience (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.) preferred
Skills Required:
