Job Details:
This Regulatory Affairs Job focuses on supporting global RA distribution control activities. The role involves maintaining regulatory systems, ensuring data integrity, coordinating with supply chain and compliance teams, publishing UDI requirements, and supporting audits. The position operates in a hybrid mode from Bangalore and requires collaboration with global regulatory teams to implement country-specific regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Global RA distribution control activities
- Provide training on RA processes and systems
- Act as SME for RA systems (Windchill, GTS, GUDID)
- Maintain data integrity in distribution control systems
- Publish UDI requirements accurately
- Support regulatory audits
- Coordinate with supply chain and compliance teams
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Life Science or quantitative fields
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP/SOP, S4Hana)
- Understanding of distribution control processes
- Statistical analysis skills
- Regulatory systems validation knowledge
