Key Responsibilities & Role Scope
In this Regulatory Affairs Job, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of regulatory submissions and database management.
- Operational Support: Perform tasks in line with Abbott policies and local regulations to support EM Regional and Local Regulatory Teams.
- Data Management: Execute data entry, document uploads, and compliance checks within approved databases to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Publishing & Compilation: Provide technical support for the compilation and publishing of regulatory data and documents for submissions.
- Compliance & Archiving: Ensure continuous alignment with record retention policies and stay updated on evolving global legislation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to harmonize workflows, create SOPs, and deliver training to streamline regulatory operations.
Eligibility & Technical Skills
Abbott is looking for detail-oriented professionals with a solid scientific foundation and a “Biology Job” background.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in regulatory operations, specifically dealing with high-volume data environments.
