Job Overview:
The Junior Team Member – Microbiology role involves execution of microbiological analysis of allocated samples to ensure compliance with predefined quality specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological analysis as per allocated work and priority
- Review test data against specifications and microbiological methods
- Prepare, review, and submit reports within defined timelines
- Report abnormal observations, deviations, and non-compliances
- Initiate investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain documentation in compliance with cGMP, GDP, and GLP
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory instruments
Educational Qualification
- M. Sc. (Microbiology)
Relevant Work Experience:
- 1-5 years’ experience for analyst and 3-7 years for reviewer in Microbiology
- Good knowledge of Microbiology, skill to perform assigned task, communication in English.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of microbiology testing and laboratory practices
- Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance
- Accurate documentation and report-writing skills
