Key Responsibilities
- Perform line clearance before dispensing, manufacturing, filling, labelling, and packing operations
- Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) activities in cleanroom areas
- Perform non-viable particle monitoring and personnel monitoring
- Participate in media fill simulation studies
- Conduct compressed air and nitrogen gas monitoring
- Review executed BMRs and BPRs
- Perform in-process quality checks as per SOP
- Monitor cGMP compliance on shop floor
- Review EM and water trends
- Maintain issuance and reconciliation records of EM materials
- Review CIP, SIP, autoclave, and filter integrity printouts
Education
B.Sc./ M.Sc in Microbiology
Experience
- 1 – 6 Years experience in Environmental Monitoring for sterile manufacturing plant
- Note: Candidates who want to apply for internal jobs, must have completed at least 2 years within existing role.

- Aseptic Process Simulation (Media Fill) Monitoring – Expert
