Key Responsibilities
As a field-based expert, your role is divided between high-level medical strategy and hands-on relationship management.
Field Engagement & KOL Management
- Scientific Exchange: Lead peer-to-peer discussions with HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) regarding Baxter’s therapeutics.
- Insight Gathering: Collect real-world clinical intelligence to inform internal evidence-generation priorities and commercial strategies.
- Scientific Events: Plan and facilitate advisory boards, round-table meetings, and speaker development initiatives to expand Baxter’s scientific influence.
Evidence Generation & Compliance
- Clinical Research: Drive evidence-generation projects, including Real-World Evidence (RWE) and investigator-initiated research, to address critical data gaps.
- Medical Review: Act as a gatekeeper for ethical standards by reviewing promotional materials, grants, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Internal Capability Building: Deliver advanced medical training to commercial and market access teams on the therapeutic landscape.
Qualifications & Success Profile

- Education: PhD or Master’s in Life Science
- Experience:
