Key Responsibilities
In this Assistant Manager role, you will lead high-level scientific discussions and support critical product lifecycle milestones.
KOL Engagement & Scientific Exchange
- Nurturing Relationships: Establish peer-level scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Neuroscience field.
- Therapeutic Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and migraine, delivering accurate and impactful clinical data.
- Education & CMEs: Facilitate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, advisory boards, and regional scientific meetings to elevate the standard of care.
Strategy, Launch & Insights
- Launch Readiness: Support the medical readiness for new Neuroscience assets, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are aligned pre- and post-launch.
- Insight Generation: Gather competitive and clinical insights from the field to help shape Amneal’s future medical and commercial strategies.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Market Access, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Qualifications & Experience
Amneal seeks a blend of clinical depth and strategic agility.
- Education: MSc, or PhD in Life Sciences or Clinical Research.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL.
- Prior exposure to Neuroscience or Specialty Care product launches is highly preferred.
- Experience specifically supporting Parkinson’s disease therapies is a major plus.
- Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data, excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and virtual engagement tools.
