Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain HPLC & RT-PCR systems for clinical and research sample analysis.
- Prepare reagents, standards, and run validated analytical methods.
- Perform RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and real-time RT-PCR assays for diagnostic purposes.
- Analyse chromatograms, Ct values, and amplification curves.
- Maintain proper documentation as per NABL/GLP/GMP guidelines.
- Ensure biosafety compliance and contamination control in the molecular laboratory.
- Support academic research projects and assist faculty/students when required.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
- 2 – 3 Years of Experience in handling HPLC, RT-PCR Instruments.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in HPLC and RT-PCR techniques.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory quality standards (NABL preferred).
- Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.
