Key Responsibilities
The Project Specialist support role is multifaceted, requiring high-level coordination across finance, scientific writing, and external vendors.
- Financial Stewardship: Conduct monthly budget reviews, track actuals vs. plans, and coordinate with finance on cost-center corrections and cross-charges.
- Operational Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of medical education and HEVA deliverables, including managing scope of work (SOW) and timelines.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Manage vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and PO processing while arranging key stakeholder meetings.
- Scientific Support: Fetch articles from databases like Rightfind, source full-texts for the HEVA team, and categorize information from global congress websites.
- Digital Integration: Utilize advanced tools such as DataVision, Matrix, RightFind, PromoMats, and NAYA for compliance and workflow tracking.
Qualifications & Experiences
