Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review aggregate safety and risk management documents
- Author global regulatory submissions including PSURs, DSURs, PADERs, and RMPs
- Lead report management activities and client communications
- Perform quality reviews of safety documents prepared by junior writers
- Conduct scientific literature searches and safety surveillance reviews
- Contribute to signal detection, benefit-risk evaluations, and label updates
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and ICH GCP guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum of a first degree in life sciences (or equivalent).
- Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or at least 2 years of it in medical writing.
Skills Required
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Good organizational and time management ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Scientific or Clinical research experience desirable.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements, good Pharmacovigilance practices and ICH-GCP guidelines.
