Key Responsibilities & Role Scope

- Financial Management: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and SAP-based financial transactions, ensuring compliance with global tax and superfund requirements.
- System Integrity: Conduct bi-annual user access reviews and maintain the accuracy of the remediation portfolio budget in the ENFOS system.
- Data Reporting: Generate SAP HANA reports to support quarterly financial accruals and prepare departmental materials like presentations and trackers.
- Digital Content: Maintain and design EHSS SharePoint sites, ensuring version control and efficient document repository management.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Proactively collaborate with IT, procurement, and vendors to streamline system processes and personnel onboarding.
Eligibility & Requirements
