Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Data Associate, your primary focus is the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)—the essential repository of documents that proves a clinical trial was conducted according to regulatory standards.

  • Lifecycle Management: Utilize strategies and tools to manage regulated content throughout the lifecycle of a clinical trial.
  • Quality Review: Perform TMF Quality Reviews for in-licensed files at all levels to ensure data integrity.
  • Compliance Checks: Conduct accuracy checks of Trial Master File tables of contents, protocol packages, and end-of-trial checklists.
  • Reconciliation: Manage essential document reconciliation and clinical study report appendices to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Resolve identified gaps by collaborating closely with TMF Managers and action owners.

Qualification & Experience

Accenture is looking for candidates who can manage complex regulated content while maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences is essential.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience is required.
  • Core Competencies:
