Key Responsibilities
- Translate safety case information from local language to English
- Perform accurate data entry for ICSRs in client platforms
- Ensure data consistency with source documents
- Handle Japan-specific pharmacovigilance requirements
- Prepare Japan HA E2B reports for reportable cases
- Conduct internal quality checks and case corrections
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA activities
- Meet SLAs while maintaining high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with Accenture business and regulatory policies
Educational and Experience
- Any Degree/ Associate degree in Life Sciences, or related department preferred and not mandatory
- Life science industry experience preferred and not mandatory
Skills Required
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N5 or above)
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- Ability to work in teams and adapt to new processes
- Willingness to work in shifts as per business needs
