  • Project Title: Structural and functional characterization of human CHST11 and CHST13 sulfotransferases involved in the regulation of Metastasis and Chemosensitivity of human Hepatocellular Carcinoma
  • Funding: DBT

Essential Qualifications

M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Life Sciences / Zoology from an Indian University/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks, and must be qualified any JRF/NET or GATE exam, and have a good academic record.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates having CSIR/NET-JRF/NET-LS/GATE in Biological Sciences with research experience in Cancer Biology / Enzymology (recombinant protein expression in mammalian expression systems) / Systems Biology (Model development and data integration to models).
  • Candidates should have excellent experience in molecular biology techniques.

Age

The upper age limit is 28 years (5 years relaxation for female, SC/ST/physically handicapped candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates).

Emoluments

As per the DBT norms of fellowship.
