Job Details:
CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru, desires to engage a qualified candidate as Project Associate-II purely on a temporary contractual basis for the project entitled “Online Training Program on Wheat Flour Milling: Technology & Operation” with project number CNP-577. The engagement is for a period of up to 6 months only at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore, Karnataka. The details are as follows:

- Name of Position & Level: Project Associate – II (PAT-II)

- Age Limit: 35 years
- Stipend & HRA: Rs.28,000/- plus HRA
Minimum Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. In Food Technology with 2 years R&D Experience
- Job Requirements: Bakery Product Development
Desirable Qualification/Experience:
- Experience in Wheat flour milling and their compositional variation or equivalent will be preferred.
Important Note for This CFTRI Recruitment:
- As per CSIR OM No. 5-1(342)/2017-PD dated 02.09.2024, engagement of Project Staff shall be co-terminus with the term of the Project subject to the condition that the total period of engagement in different projects either in the same Lab/Instt. or different Lab/Instt. of CSIR taken together shall not exceed 6 years in any case. Hence, applicants who have completed the total tenure of 6 years in any of the CSIR Lab/Instt. as Project Staff are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for the aforesaid positions.
