Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sensory and consumer research, including moderator guides and qualitative studies.
- Generate and analyze quantitative consumer and sensory data using statistical models.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights to guide flavor development.
- Collaborate with PX team, researchers, descriptive panel leaders, and technicians.
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Support less experienced team members using your expertise.
- Maintain proficiency in research tools like XLSTAT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in experience sensory and consumer research.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge in sensory and consumer methodologies and data analysis.
- Proficiency in quantitative research method.
- Ability to leverage your expertise and knowledge to support less experienced team members.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- High learning agility and commitment to achieving outcomes, combined with creative problem-solving and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with research tools e.g., XLSTAT.
