Job Details:
This Executive Job involves hands-on participation in mammalian production activities including buffer preparation, chromatography operations, TFF system handling, and virus filtration processes. The role also requires coordination with QA/QC teams, documentation management, and support in maintaining GMP-compliant manufacturing operations at Lupin’s Pune biotech facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buffer preparation for small and large-scale operations
- IPQC operation of buffer and protein intermediate samples
- CIP and SIP of chromatography and TFF systems
- Operation of virus filtration and DS filtration systems
- Preparation and maintenance of SOPs, BPRs, and qualification documents
- Coordination with QC/QA teams
- Review of executed BPRs
- Inventory planning for raw materials and consumables
- Operation of sterile and decontamination autoclave
- Deviation identification and investigation support
Educational Requirements:
- B.Tech/Graduation in Biotechnology
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
