Job Overview:
This Manager Job involves leading and line-managing a team of Clinical Research Associates. The role focuses on recruitment, training, mentoring, resourcing, and ensuring monitoring excellence while collaborating with regional and local operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and line-manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs);
- Recruitment, training (initial and continued) and development of CRAs;
- Oversee and guide CRAs to ensure they meet expectations of core monitoring responsibilities;
- Provide regular 1:1 coaching and constructive feedback;
- Track and manage CRA resourcing and allocation of assignment;
- Support retention and engagement of CRAs to meet company objectives; and
- Collaborate with other functions, regional and local operations.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related discipline
Skills Required:
- Leadership and mentoring ability
- Clinical monitoring experience
- Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel for evaluation
