Job Overview:
The Associate Lab Setup Manager role is a key position within clinical research jobs at IQVIA. The selected candidate will manage the design and launch of clinical research studies, oversee Sponsor/CRO activities, and ensure high-quality start-up deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop database design requirements and configuration definitions
- Maintain client design standards aligned with clinical protocols
- Manage study database configuration
- Collaborate on project timelines and startup planning
- Update action logs, status sheets, and timelines
- Coordinate setup activities with clients and internal teams
- Identify risks and implement contingency plans
- Support investigator and kick-off meetings
- Guide and mentor junior staff
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical or research industry experience
- At least 1 year of project management or project setup experience preferred
- Experience in Phase I–IV clinical trials is advantageous
Skills Required:
