Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site feasibility and investigator identification
- Negotiate study budgets and finalize study contracts
- Oversee IP dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocol and GCP principles
- Manage recruitment, data entry, source verification, and query resolution
- Report SAEs, SUSARs, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Identify risks, analyze, and implement CAPA for underperforming sites
- Coordinate with CROs for data management and statistical reporting
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a health or related field, such as Biology and/or Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
Experience
Relevant experience of 1-5 years minimum in the field of Clinical Research.
Skills
- Knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Expertise in Phase III & IV Clinical Trials
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Effective communication and problem-solving
