- Job Title: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Reporting to: Nikita Bathla
- Location: New Delhi
- Duration: Two-year appointment, extendable based on performance and institutional opportunities.
Educational Requirements:
- Qualification in life sciences
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical trial coordination
- Willingness to travel for site monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing clinical trial documents
- Coordinate with ethics committees and regulatory authorities
- Assess and set up clinical trial sites
- Train site staff to trial-specific standards
- Monitor clinical trials and resolve issues
- Perform source data verification (SDV)
- Prepare visit and final reports
- Archive study documentation
