Job Overview:
This Officer job in Production – Mammalian focuses on downstream processing and protein purification activities at the Pune Biotech facility. The role involves buffer preparation, operation of chromatography and TFF systems, CIP/SIP activities, and coordination with QA/QC teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform buffer preparation for small and large-scale operations
- Conduct IPQC of buffer and protein intermediate samples
- Execute CIP of chromatography and TFF systems
- Perform SIP of process vessels and TFF systems
- Operate chromatography, TFF, virus filtration, and DS filtration systems
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, BPRs, and qualification documents
- Coordinate daily production activities with QC/QA teams
- Review executed BPRs
- Manage raw material and consumable inventory
- Operate and maintain sterile and decontamination autoclave
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation/B.Tech in Biotechnology
Skills Required:
- Downstream processing knowledge (1–5 years)
- Understanding of protein purification workflows
- Familiarity with GMP documentation
