Core Responsibilities
In this Biotech Job, your primary focus will be the flawless execution of upstream operations and the maintenance of rigorous GMP documentation.
- Bioreactor Operations: Lead the execution of cell culture processes using disposable, stainless steel (SS), and glass bioreactors.
- Process Execution: Responsible for media preparation, inoculum transfer, subculture, and cell banking operations as per written procedures.
- GMP Documentation: Prepare and review critical process documents, including SOPs, Batch Production Records (BPRs), and technology transfer protocols.
- In-Process Control: Manage in-process recording of parameters and conduct sample analysis to ensure batch consistency and quality.
- Technical Transfer: Participate in scale-up activities and tech transfer from R&D to commercial production, including process characterization and validation.
- Facility Compliance: Coordinate with QC, QA, Engineering, and MSAT for equipment maintenance, CIP/SIP operations, and SAP-based production transactions.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
