Key Responsibilities
The Scientist Job within the bioinformatics division is centered on the interpretation of complex biological data and the development of automated computational workflows.

- Diverse NGS Applications: Execute comprehensive data analysis for various platforms, including Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), RNA-Seq, Small RNA, and Exome sequencing.
- Metagenomic Expertise: Manage specialized projects involving 16S, ITS, and Whole Metagenome analysis to characterize microbial communities.
- Pipeline Development: Design and implement robust NGS pipelines for the automated processing and interpretation of large-scale genomic datasets.
- Software Engineering: Utilize advanced programming skills in Python, PHP, jQuery, and MySQL to automate data processing workflows and enhance computational efficiency.
- Project Governance: Oversee project timelines and ensure the delivery of high-quality results to over 6,000 customers across India’s top life science industries and academic institutions.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Academic Credentials: An M.Sc., M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics is required.
