Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to CSV activities using GAMP 5 lifecycle methodology
- Support gap assessments and remediation of legacy systems
- Assist in software classification and IT risk assessments
- Create and review validation documents including VP, URS, RA, IQ/OQ/PQ, TM, TR, and Traceability Matrix
- Participate in validation of systems such as Veeva Vault QMS, TrackWise, SAP, LIMS, ELN, MES, and RIMS
- Collaborate with QA, IT, and business teams for issue resolution
- Support audit readiness and inspection documentation
- Maintain strong client relationships and meet project quality timelines
Qualifications
- Postgraduate in Science, preferably in Biochemistry
- 1-3 years of experience in a Big 4 or multinational life sciences organization
Skills Required
- Understanding of CSV principles and SDLC
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical QA, QC, and regulatory affairs
- Familiarity with global regulations (USFDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, WHO)
- Exposure to quality systems such as CAPA, deviation, and change control
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
