Key Responsibilities
As a Jr. Associate, you will be tasked with generating high-quality evidence to support drugs throughout their entire lifecycle—from pre-launch to post-market surveillance.
- Evidence Generation: Assist in screening, data extraction, and full-text downloads for literature reviews and meta-analyses.
- HEOR Support: Contribute to burden-of-illness studies, epidemiology, retrospective observational studies, and economic evaluations.
- Strategic Material: Develop strategic evidence generation processes and templates (such as the US AMCP dossiers).
- Value Messaging: Translate clinical and humanistic data into “payer evidence strategies” to ensure patients get access to the medications they need.
Qualification & Experience
This Associate Job is looking for a blend of academic excellence and early-career pharmaceutical experience.
- Education: An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Life Sciences.
- Experience: 1+ years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within the pharma industry, a CRO, or academia.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret clinical information and translate it into economic messages.
- Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
