Job Overview:
This Zydus Walk-in Interview is for Officer, Executive, Senior Executive and Operator roles across vaccine manufacturing and support functions. The positions are based at the Vaccine Technology Centre, Biotech Park, Ahmedabad, and are suitable for candidates with experience in quality systems, aseptic manufacturing, plant operations, and engineering maintenance.
Quality Assurance (IPQA / QMS):
Post Title: Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
- To evaluate the proposed change and its impact or risk associated with safety, purity, efficacy, and quality of the product, cGMP system, documentation, regulatory impact and training requirements.
Formulation and Filling:
Post Title: Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Preparation of formulation as per BMR and approved procedures, handling of equipment such as vessels and filtration units, autoclaves, vial washing machines, and tunnels.
Post Title: Plant Operator
- Knowledge of the handling of O-RABS, C-RABS, and Isolators. Experienced in Ampoule / PFS / Vial / Cartridges. Operation of Vial washing / Filling / Lyophilizers / Autoclave / Process vessels.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences
Experience:
- 2-7 Years
