Applications are invited for the position of Project Technical Support-III candidate for the ICMR-funded project.
Project title: “CAZONCO: Early non-invasive bacteriome-based point of care for colon
cancer detection through CAZymes integrated LAMP oncopanel”

Amount of fellowship: Rs. 28,000/-pm and 20% HRA
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Medical Microbiology, or Biotechnology or any other interdisciplinary life science background from a recognized University. Candidates should be willing to enrol PhD program at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University). Preference will be given to candidates with a strong academic record, experience in research, particularly in areas such as Microbiome and colon cancer. Proficiency in written and spoken English communication is essential. Candidates with an M.Sc. in Microbiology or Medical Microbiology and NET/GATE cleared are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will engage in interdisciplinary research activities and will be required to register for the PhD program at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University).
