Educational Requirements
Master’s degree in Life Sciences/ Hospital Administration/ Quality Management with minimum 2 years of experience in quality management programs in a large hospital setting
Desirable Qualifications
- Demonstration of ability to handle multi-stakeholder projects
- Knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring quality indicators
- Ability to synthesize and present reports to various stakeholders
- Ability to write and lead or mentor quality improvement projects
- Experience in NABH, NABL, CAP, and other accreditation programs
- Experience in QI research
- A working knowledge of Indian healthcare systems at national and state levels.
- Leadership experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the NCG institutional peer-review program
- Develop organizational planning and core teams for peer review
- Design and refine quality indicators and data collection tools
- Draft SOPs, TORs, methods manuals, and report templates
- Coordinate with peer-review teams and NCG member centres
- Lead stakeholder communication and progress reporting
- Support QI program development across NCG centres
- Prepare reports, publications, and research documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to NCG policies
- Support EQAS programs and NCG EQuIP training initiatives
