Chhattisgarh, India: a stepped-wedge cluster randomized trial - Location: Based at AIIMS Raipur and travel to 10 District Hospitals in Chhattisgarh
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with minimum 3 years of relevant clinical trial experience
OR -
Master’s degree / diploma in life sciences, or related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end clinical trial planning, execution, and monitoring
- Project and data management for vaccine and public health studies
- Regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP and CDSCO guidelines
- Site monitoring, data validation, and safety reporting
- Coordination with investigators, ethics committees, and sponsors
- Documentation, audits, and report preparation
Emoluments
INR 75,000 per month
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, GCLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented approach with effective time management abilities
