Job Overview:
The Technical Specialist – Biopharmaceutical will support global customers and sales teams by diagnosing chromatography-related challenges and providing technical guidance. The role involves troubleshooting HPLC, LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and sample preparation workflows, collaborating cross-functionally; contributing to marketing and training collateral, and performing hands-on laboratory work as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical problem solving and troubleshooting support to customers and sales teams
- Diagnose chromatography and product-related technical inquiries
- Support biopharmaceutical applications using HPLC, SPE, LC-MS/MS, and HRMS
- Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
- Assist with technical documentation, marketing collateral, and customer training
- Perform laboratory experiments to support application development

Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline
