- PR Coordination, Inventory management, Lab Maintenance, Day-to-Day operations, Safety and Compliance, Quality and Data Integrity of Discovery Biology.
- Work in alignment with organization goals and strategic initiatives: Lab maintenance, Quality, PR coordination, Inventory management, Store management, Safety and Compliance, Quality and Data Integrity of Discovery Biology.

Skills and Competencies
- Casual management
- Logbook maintenance
- CapEX installation activity in coordination with cross-functional team and vendor
- Storage of the inventory materials at stores at ambient temperature
- Monitor day-to-day lab operational requirements
- Defrosting the -20 and -80 instruments as per the schedule
- Liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and wet ice management for various experiments/teams
- Following Syngene Lab Safety rules and regulation
- Monitoring and recording lab cold room temperature
- Support QMS activity
- Media/buffer/acid preparation as per guidelines.
- Support LN2 facility in terms of overall maintenance, cell line inventory keep up etc.

- Ability to work with team with professionalism and discretion.
