Job Overview:
The Digital CLM Operations Specialist job role, you will manage administrative coordination, testing, tracking, and governance of digital content and eVAs deployed on the Phyzii platform. Acting as a central SPOC between Head Office, country marketing teams, and Pixelus–Phyzii partners, this role ensures quality execution, compliance, and timely availability of digital assets across emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as administrative SPOC for Pixelus–Phyzii for all eVA uploads and updates
- Coordinate with HO and country marketing teams for digital content deployment
- Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of digital assets
- Ensure brand compliance, functionality accuracy, and quality assurance
- Maintain digital content repositories and country-wise asset tracking
- Prepare and share MIS reports with MPD, SFE, and marketing teams
- Support governance, audits, and senior management coordination
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Skills Required:
- Experience in SFE, CLM administration, or digital pharma operations
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality orientation
- Understanding of CLM platforms and digital workflows
- Excel reporting, MIS preparation, and governance mindset
