We are looking for a skilled Food Microbiologist to support our quality and food safety operations. The candidate will be responsible for routine microbiological testing, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform basic food microbiological testing
· Follow and maintain aseptic techniques
· Prepare culture media and carry out sterilization procedures
· Handle, process, and homogenize food samples
· Conduct incubation and colony counting
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and laboratory logbooks
· Ensure compliance with internal quality and food safety standards
Requirements
· Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in food microbiology
· Hands-on experience in microbiological testing procedures
· Good knowledge of aseptic practices and laboratory protocols
· Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
· Ability to join immediately
Qualifications
· B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology (Food), Food Science, or a related discipline
