- Automation: Proficiency in automated purification using AKTA, NGC, or liquid handlers.
- Characterization: Skill in validating antibodies via SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence (IF).
- Structural Biology: Familiarity with protein modeling tools like PyMOL, Schrödinger, or Discovery Studio is highly desirable.
