Job Description
Sadguru Foods Processing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Quality Control (QC) Executive to ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across its food processing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on QC experience in a food manufacturing or food processing unit and will be responsible for monitoring quality at every stage of production.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
· Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, GMP, and hygiene protocols
· Monitor production processes to ensure quality consistency and food safety
· Perform food testing, shelf-life checks, and sensory evaluations
· Maintain QC documentation, test records, and compliance reports
· Handle deviations, non-conformances, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
· Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
· Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
· Proven QC experience in a food processing or food manufacturing unit
· Good knowledge of food safety regulations, quality systems, and hygiene standards
· Experience in food testing and quality analysis
· Strong documentation and reporting skills
· Ability to work independently and in coordination with production teams
Qualifications
