Position Details
- Position Title: Project Research Scientist-1 (Non-Medical)
- No. of Posts: 01 position
- Project Title: “Identification and characterization of virulence genes of Brucella to develop. novel live-attenuated vaccines for the zoonotic disease, brucellosis” funded by ICMR

Essential Qualification
Postgraduate degree in any field of Life Sciences, including Integrated PG degrees. For Engineering candidates: a four-year graduate degree in any field of Life Sciences.
Experience
Candidates with experience in molecular biology and infectious biology techniques, including mouse handling, are desirable. Preference will be given to those with prior experience working with yeast and in BSL-3 laboratory facilities.
Fellowship Amount
Rs. 56,000 + 30 % HRA (If applicable)

35 years
Tenure
One year, likely to be extended based on performance and co-terminus with the duration of the project (3 years).
