Available Positions
1. Research Scientist–II (Scientist ‘C’) – 01 Position
- Basic Qualification: Ph.D. in Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences
- Skills Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in research / lab / clinical research preferred.
- Experience in biomedical/clinical research projects
- Knowledge of research methodology, data analysis, scientific writing
- Experience in project management and coordinating multicentric studies
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS/STATA desirable)
- Salary: ₹67,000/- per month + HRA = ₹73,700 per month
2. Research Scientist–I (Scientist ‘B’) – 01 Position
- Basic Qualification: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. /M.Tech/ MSc Biotechnology / Life Sciences)
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge in research operations and protocol implementation
- Hands-on experience in lab techniques / clinical research coordination
- Strong skills in documentation, ethics compliance and reporting
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Salary: ₹56,000/- per month + HRA = ₹61,600 per month
3. Lab Technician – 02 Positions
- Basic Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology)
- Skills Required:
- Experience in handling clinical samples, reagents & lab equipment
- Ability to perform basic lab tests, centrifuge, ELISA, PCR, microscopy
- Knowledge of lab safety, SOP maintenance, inventory control
- Data entry and laboratory documentation
- Salary: ₹20,000/- per month + HRA = ₹22,000 per month

Additional Information
- No regular staff would be engaged at the MRUs and these labs will be managed by contractual staff only.
- The staff recruited for the positions shall be employed on a full-time basis exclusively for the MOU and shall not undertake any responsibilities related to other projects or institutional duties.
- The staff recruited for the positions shall not receive any additional remuneration, salary, or financial benefits from any other projects/sources during their tenure in the project.
- The recruitment of staff shall be as per the rules and procedures of the host institute.
